Appointment to the Future Fund Board of Guardians
The Morrison Government has appointed Dr Deborah Ralston to the Future Fund Board of Guardians.
Dr Ralston has broad ranging experience in the financial services and superannuation sector having been Chair of the Board of the SMSF Association and Executive Director at the Australian Centre for Financial Studies at Monash University.
She has advised Government in a range of capacities including as the inaugural Chair of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Digital Finance Advisory Committee, as a member of the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Payments System Board and more recently as a member of the Retirement Income Review Panel.
Dr Ralston will make a valuable contribution to the Board over her five-year appointment, effective from 15 September 2021.
